Tai Chi for Kids teaches children 8 - 10 years old a simple
Form, a defined sequence of 14 movements, based on the ideas
embodied in the traditional Yang style of Tai Chi.
Tai Chi improves coordination, promotes proper muscle development,
and helps kids become more calm and more aware of what's going
on inside themselves. Kids learn to listen to the messages their
bodies are sending them. And with today's hectic schedules of
play dates and extra-curricular activities, even children can
benefit from Tai Chi's proven stress relieving qualities.
