8:00 - 10:30	Part 1 of the form, two person drills, martial application and meditation

	Intermediate Students
10:30 - 1:00	Form corrections, knife form and fast walking

	Advanced Students
1:30 - 4:00	Long boxing, push hands, spear form and applications
